About
Lenny Saucier has spent 25+ years in automotive. He started as a technician at Take 5 Oil Change in 2001, moved into management, and became Director of Training as the company grew from a handful of shops to a couple hundred, developing many of its future leaders along the way. He has since led training for multi-unit automotive organizations and consulted with operators on hiring, operations, and leadership.
In 2025 he founded Learn Develop Manage LLC to put the systems he's used in the field into the hands of owners, operators, and managers in any industry. He lives in Covington, Louisiana, where he spends his free time in the garden fighting dollar weeds.
